Jeremy Valentine Share Posted December 3, 2015 We threw the book at HI in some very difficult IMC conditions at KBOS and he handled the situation like a pro! Phraseology, Frequency Presence, and overall positive control of the difficult situation proved more than enough that he is deserving for his full Class B Tower Certification. Reaching this milestone is an outstanding achievement, as this is the highest certification a local controller can obtain before transitioning to the TRACON. Congrats and enjoy!
