Please join me in congratulating Jarid Masiel (ME) on the successful completion of his Class C GND OTS.  ME adeptly handled a wide variety of IFR and VFR aircraft at Portland, and I'm proud to say that there are no new hideous metal sculptures added to the Harbor Visual Approach.    In addition to passing his OTS, ME successfully completed his S1 exam on the same night, just shy of a perfect score! 

 

Congratulations, ME.  Welcome to the Cab!
