Chris Raabe Share Posted December 24, 2016 Everyone please join me in congratulating Chris Moyer (MO) in achieving his Boston Ground on-peak rating. MO had aircraft stacked up for clearance while dealing with arrivals that didn't know where they were parking. If we hosted FNO next week MO could handle that amount of traffic with no problem.
