Camden Bruno Share Posted May 1, 2017 Riley Shannon (SO) just passed his OTS on Portland Ground! He quickly transitioned back into controlling after some time away due to real-world time restrictions. Riley is a past BVA controller and a real-world ATP student, therefore, has a great amount of experience and knowledge that he can contribute to BVA.
