Join me in congratulating Kevin Woo (WO) on earning his Class C Ground certification! This young man’s hard work has paid off and yesterday afternoon he passed his OTS at PWM.

 

Great work Kevin! Now, it’s time to put what you’ve learned into practice on the network.
