Congratulations to Luis Seoane (SN) for passing his S2 OTS! Luis safely weaved multiple VFR arrivals into an IFR stream while barely breaking a sweat. Not even a helicopter crossing the departure corridor could phase him.

Well done, and enjoy the cab!
