If you have read through the appropriate sections of this guide and are still unable to get things working, we'll be glad to help you out. Please send us an email; we'll try to respond as quickly as possible.

Make sure you include at least the following information in your email, as well as any other relevant information:

• Your name
• Your VATSIM CID
• Your operating system
• Your version of Flight Simulator (FSX SP2, Microsoft Flight Simulator, FSX Acceleration, P3D, FSX: Steam Edition, etc.)
• Pertinent information about the problem, including screenshots where applicable
