[13 May 2020 08-11pm ET] Regional Circuit: Bangor, Burlington, Portland

Recommended Posts

In the Regional Circuit, we staff up multiple of our airports to provide pilots with an opportunity to receive 'gate-to-gate' ATC service for the duration of the event. Pilots are encouraged to fly between the airports and make the return flight if time allows; however, traffic from other airports is welcome as well. The Regional Circuit always creates an immersive atmosphere with busy frequencies and congested airways between the host airports.

This Regional Circuit features Bangor (BGR), Burlington (BTV), and Portland (PWM).

I just got back in flight simming after 18 years (a lifetime!) and got through my first four PRP VFR flights. And now had the opportunity to flyBGR-PWM-BTV as part of this event. Absolutely great ATC and impressive work. Thank you for doing these events. They are awesome!

Glad to hear you enjoyed it! It was nice for me on the ATC side to see a lineup of airplanes inbound to PWM. I don't think I've ever had to give speed restrictions and in-trail vectors on the SCOGS arrival before!
