BVA to Host Regional Circuit on msFlights.net Server

Recommended Posts

This Friday (March 20), our controllers will be hosting a Regional Circuit at KMHT and KALB on the msFlights.net FSX server. Just like any other Regional Circuit event, ATC will be fully staffing both featured airports. The big difference: the event is held on another server!

The event runs from 8-10pm ET on Friday, March 20 in the msFlights.net server.

  • First, connect to TeamSpeak, at msflights.net
  • Then, connect to the msFlights.net FSX multiplayer server at 23.255.207.47

We're running this event to give our controllers a chance to practice for the upcoming Cross-Community Flight without impacting our members. Seven controllers are currently on the roster to cover positions including Approach, Tower, and Ground at each featured airport.

Rather than using FlightDesk, we'll be using this simplified flight plan form to submit flight plans.

BVA members are welcome to attend the event and participate. Just connect to the msFlights.net server by 8pm ET, and use the flight plan form above to submit your flight plan. ATC will all be conducted in the TeamSpeak server, just like what will happen here during the Cross-Community Flight.

For more information about the event, including preferred routes and downloads, please visit the msFlights.net forums:

Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions about this event.

Sounds like fun tonight! Using teamspeak to make sure we don't get comm lag?

Correct; we'll be using the msFlights.net TeamSpeak server for voice/ATC.
