PS came on to the scene in early 2019 and I was fortunate enough to do his first certification for Class C Ground! Since then he has progressed through our program with excellence along with a great attitude. We are lucky to have him as our Events Coordinator and as a mentor on the training staff as well! Congratulations to Sam Bolvin (BI) who has earned his certification for Boston Center! Sam started his Class C Ground training with us in April of 2019, and less than 2 1/2 years later, he has earned the big prize. He has also been serving the community as a Mentor since May 2020. Mateo was just a squeaker when he joined us in 2019, but he quickly grew up right before our eyes into a Mentor role and now a C1. Congrats to Justin Blakey (BY) who has just earned his certification to work Boston Center! Justin has been very committed and showed a strong work ethic since joining ZBW in 2019. In less than 2 years he has earned his ZBW cert, which is a major accomplishment! He has also been working hard serving the community as a member of the training staff. Some kind words that have been said about him by past Mentors and Instructors: Now, Justin can say "Bye Felicia" to the thought of any more training sessions as a student!

AI came to BVA a few years ago with a lot of experience from ZTL, but luckily we didn't have to fix too much during his training! I have had the opportunity to work with KF a few times including his S3 initial and I have always been very impressed with his work ethic and professionalism. Collin has always sounded like a champ on frequency, and now you'll be hearing him on Center. While the training is complete, the learning never stops. Keep up the great work KF - we are proud to have you on our team!

Join me in congratulating our newest Center controller: Austin Cirulli (RQ)! I am very proud of my buddy Austin for his hard work to earn his C1. We went through some grueling sessions on the network and one thing I can say about Austin is that he always keeps a positive attitude and never gives up. He keeps his head down and keeps working no matter how messy the scope looks! Completing ZBW training with a C1 rating is not a feat that many have accomplished, so this is a huge milestone in Austin's career with us. Now that Austin will be controlling Center please keep a look out for him on the time table and make sure to provide him with as much support as possible
