Congratulations are in store for PS for becoming our newest fully-certified Class B Ground controller! After being put through the PaceS, [better] Cam got the better of those pesky sweatbox skyboats and commanded their paths (along the ground) with bravery and fortitude. Great job again, and don't let those EWR flights get above 16,000!

Congratulations to RI for passing his Class C Approach OTS today! After mastering the symphony of beeps (similar to an FNO tune,) RI found a way to navigate the turbulent PVD and prevent unwanted colors and sounds from appearing. We're all looking forward to your Class B hit song soon. May the vector gods protect your localizers.

Congrats to Rob Stark for passing his Class B Approach OTS! In stark contrast to his first session which StRessed out his instructor, Rob was able to hold on for dear life and directed all his aircraft safely (mostly) to wherever they ended up going. To the rest of the controller staff, I'm sorry. May the vector gods protect your localizers.

Congratulations to NU for becoming our newest fully certified Center controller! After spending dozens of hours doing everything wrong without anyone watching, Josh was able to do his job well enough to fool us during his monitored sessions. If you find yourself flying under Josh's control and hear a repetitive beeping sound in the background, take comfort in knowing that you are the one most likely in danger. On a more serious note, Josh has progressed very quickly through all his certifications (in just under a year). He prepared very well for every lesson and was always prepared to learn and give his best. His dedication to controlling on the network has seen him gain valuable experience while also building solid proficiency. But remember, Josh, this is not the end of learning. You will be constantly challenged, and Center requires high proficiency and knowledge to provide an enjoyable experience for pilots on the network and your fellow controllers. Be humble and admit your mistakes while also never giving up. Continue to critique yourself, and keep challenging yourself to do better every session. Remember to stay positive as much as possible, and don't be shy to ask for help when you're overwhelmed or feel you will be close to it. Keep up the good work, and congratulations! May the Vector Gods protect your localizers.

With hesitation and suspicion I would like to quietly say that PI is our newest fully-certified Class B (BOS) Approach controller. After learning what a vector is and repeating phraseology until blue in the face, PI has proven his capability to command this airspace and safely guide our mortal souls back to Earth. Thankfully PI also avoided the conflict alert becoming this season’s most popular carol. Congratulations, and may the Vector Gods protect your localizers.
