A round of applause is in order today, because @Steven Schmidt (SI) has just passed his Class C Ground OTS! After navigating the endless stream of airplanes (who desperately wanted to trade paint), he managed to get them where they needed to, without scratches or ground-stopping the entirety of Portland.

Congrats to @Carlos Campos (CS) on passing his Boston Ground Full Certification! Carlos handled lots of traffic in the Sweatbox today, and even saw some aircraft who didn't quite want to do everything correctly. Contrary to the title, Carlos did not have any collisions from these pilots. Let's hope it stays that way! Congratulations on your new cert CS!

Congrats to @Evan Cooper (CP) on passing his Boston Ground OTS this morning! After an eventful day at Boston, he's managed to get everyone on their way safely, and even dealt with a NORDO pilot! Fortunately, no paint was traded this morning. Enjoy the cert!

Who did all that? Was it ME?!

... for another Class C Ground student to pass his OTS! Congrats to @Florian Kohlschmidt (KD) on passing his Class C Ground OTS. He has thankfully figured out how to ditch the ICAO phraseology (hopefully we won't see any "identified" in the future) and also fix any strangely routed flight plans that were filed! Welcome to BVA (and the terror of American phraseology)!

Congrats, BY!

Look who forgot to make a pun earlier... Congrats to @Ben Rath (RA) who earned his Class C Ground certification a few weeks ago! He handled the mess that always manages to congregate at Portland, and made sure everyone didn't hit each other! He also handled a very busy Providence during his orientation session! Enjoy your new certification!

After another eventful afternoon in the Portland sweatbox, we have a newly minted S1! Congratulations to @Yadunandan Pillai (YP) on passing his S1 OTS! After waking up from his nightmare at IVAO, YP has decided it's time to switch over to BVA. He managed the sweatbox just fine, and of course, no one traded paint! See you on the network!

Oh, it's just a plane. Thankfully, thanks to our newest S1, @David Beach, I didn't hit the plane behind me! BC managed to navigate the depths of the Portland clearance machine, and make sure no planes hit each other! See you on the scopes!

Congrats to @Andrew Thomson who passed his Class C Ground OTS at PWM yesterday! Be sure to file a bunch of weird flight plans, just to keep him on his toes...

Congrats to @Brett Smithling (SG) who has just passed his Class C Ground OTS today! For someone who hasn't controlled in over 10 years, he got up to speed and controlling like a pro again in just two sessions. Congrats, SG! Hope to see you on the scopes.

Congratulations to @Leonardo Almeida (AD) for passing his Class C Ground OTS today! He managed to escape the fiery pits of the PWM cab, and successfully navigate all the weird routes and unusual carelessness from pilots today, and as an added bonus, no one traded paint!

Gather round all! We have a new S1 who has just escaped the depths of the PWM sweatbox! PC passed his Class C Ground OTS today at PWM, doing a stellar job with issuing impatient pilots their IFR clearances quickly, as well as making sure they don't hit each other on the way out of PWM. Congrats PC, looking forward to seeing you on the scopes!

After a very busy OTS, @Jack Bernstein (BT) has passed his OTS with ease! BT found all the silly WAFDOFs and routes that pilots file, and sent them on their merry way! Congrats, BT! Welcome to the team.
